招聘要求
一、中小学招聘要求
1.应届毕业生
具有教育激情和理想的2021届优秀应届硕士、博士毕业生（户籍不限）；专业与投递岗位相关;
“双一流”大学院校及专业应届毕业生优先；
学科竞赛成绩突出者优先、具有双语教学能力者优先；
中共党员、校学生干部优先。
2.在职教师
四十八周岁以下、高级教师职称以上的省级骨干、学科带头人、特级教师、金牌教练、全国优秀教师等荣誉称号的名优教师优先；
在省部级以上（含）有关教学比赛中获奖者优先；
具有超常教育经验或双语教学能力者优先。
二、国际部招聘要求
1.中教：
1）具有国内外重点大学硕士、博士文凭；
2）熟悉中国高中相关学科课程标准，有两年及以上在国际学校高中教授相关课程的经历者；熟悉IBDP相关学科，并有两年及以上在国际学校高中教授经历或在国外教学经验者；上述两项都有经历者优先聘用；
3）英语听说流利，能和外教无障碍沟通；能读懂IBO课程文件（英文版），能用英语书写教案等。
4）有较强教研能力，担任过高中学科带头人，有学生管理经验者优先聘用。
2.外教
An Assistant Principal (Academic)
Job Requirements:
1. Education
A Master’s degree or above (under 60 years of age), with a head-teacher qualification certificate is preferred;
2. Working Experiences
Working ever at international schools or bilingual schools as a vice-principal or a teaching director or school-level management leader more than 5 years of work has been verified;
3. Personal Competences
●Being familiar with the international education and its curriculum system, as well as the development trend of international schools, with the spirit of international service;
●Being familiar with international education-related laws, regulations or policies, and a master of learning and teaching theories as well as educational management methods;
●Being good at the integration of Cultural Differences between China and the West, with unique experience and management skills;
●with strategic planning capabilities, operational management capabilities;
